It's an unpredictable disease but it can be managed if need be.

Why is lupus a cruel mystery to you?

My mom has lupus. She has had it now for over 30 years. I am only 22 years old and I have been tested for it already. My mom is the strongest person I know and she has never let lupus get her down.
